Mediation

Mediation is the voluntary, private process between two or more persons in conflict. We believe it is often a simpler, safer way for families to deal with legal problems. During the mediation process, we do not represent any individual as a client, but rather, we facilitate discussion about solutions that would benefit all concerned. The mediation process is confidential, fast and friendly. When given the option of leaving the outcome of a dispute to a judge or jury, or attempting to work out a solution to a problem on their own, many of our clients prefer to mediate their differences.

Mediated resolutions keep clients in control of the settlement. While mediation has been mainstreamed for family law matters, it is becoming more popular to resolve disputes in other areas as well. Our office provides mediation for a variety of cases including divorce, child custody, probate, trust administration and business matters. We believe that mediation is an avenue that allows us to authentically align ourselves with our mission of guiding families to financial and family peace of mind.
